- Learn how to attack the ball with “ideal offense”.
- Learn and practice shooting the four shots.
- Learn and practice hitting the three hits.
Prerequisite to this class is the Hitting Class where you’ll learn the biomechanics of hitting including footwork and arm-swing.
Class Minimum is 4 (otherwise subject to cancellation)
